What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating looks like paint but acts like an armor! It's a tough, durable, scratch and chemical resistant metal finishing that uses a technique of an electrostatic application. This process gives your parts 10 times their normal lifespan than with other liquid applications.

What can be Powder Coated?

*Bike frames, motorcycle frames, wheels, roll bars, patio furniture, automotive parts, iron/metal gates, fences, bed frames, animal cages, outdoor lights, cabinet hardware.

Nearly anything made out of all metals can be powder coated.

The Process!

1) Whether you have old painted parts that need to be stripped and recoated or new parts ready for powder coating. Here are the steps needed to have your parts powder coated. Select a color (COLOR CHARTS) * If your color is not available we can have any custom color made.

2) You’ve chosen the color(s) for your part(s) and are ready to get a quote. Exclusive Powder Coating, Inc. is a 24 Hour a day operation and can give you an estimate usually in the same day. 3) The part(s) are then brought to Exclusive Powder Coating, Inc., 24932 Ave. Kearny #2, Valencia, Ca, 91355 to be pretreated and powder coated. If you need other means to have the parts picked up discuss this with the sales representative.

4) Preparation of the materials is always necessary regardless of the condition. Whether it will be a chemical stripping, burn-off, sandblasting or some type of surface conditioning for the powder to adhere to. The better the pretreatment the greater the powder bonds with the metal surface.

5) After the pretreatment, the part(s) are then hung on the conveyor line to go the powder coating cycle.

b. Fan and Heater dried preparation.
c. Static Powder application stage
d. Heat-treated bonding process.
e. Quality Inspection.
f. Packaging.
g. Pickup or Delivery.
